Working together

What the engagement actually looks like

Public-sector delivery fails most often at the edges — procurement, data handling and reporting — not in the technology. These are the things we settle early.

We can supply CAC registration, tax clearance, company profile, past-performance references, audited accounts on request and a signed confidentiality undertaking. We respond to tenders, RFQs and direct-award processes, and we can work as a subcontractor to a prime contractor where the framework requires it. If your procurement template has specific clauses, send it before we quote.

We have delivered against donor reporting formats and indicator frameworks. Where a funder requires a logframe, results framework or theory of change, we align our delivery plan to it rather than asking you to translate. We can also support proposal development with technical input and realistic costing — quoted separately from delivery.

Any system handling citizen or beneficiary data is designed under NDPA 2023 principles: purpose limitation, data minimisation, defined retention, documented access controls and a records-of-processing entry. We can host on Nigerian infrastructure where sovereignty is a requirement, and we will sign a data processing agreement.

Programmes that stop when the grant stops are a poor use of public money. Every engagement includes a sustainability plan: who maintains the system, what it costs annually, who trains the next cohort, and what capability stays inside your organisation. We hand over documentation and train your administrators as part of the scope, not as an upsell.

We are based in Owerri, Imo State, and deliver across the South East, South South and nationally for larger programmes. For multi-state work we staff locally where possible and travel where necessary — travel is costed transparently in the proposal rather than appearing as a surprise variation.

We quote against a defined scope, deliverables and indicator set — not against a budget figure. Where funding is fixed, we will tell you honestly what is deliverable within it and what should be phased. We do not pad estimates to absorb unknown scope, and we flag assumptions explicitly.
